-
Repairs and additions to existing installations are warranted for a period of three months.
-
-
Materials and equipment;
-
Materials and equipment used in a new installation are covered by the manufacturer who provides a carry-in warranty to all materials and equipment used and supplied for a period of one year from date of installation.
-
Materials and equipment installed in a repair to an existing system will carry a six-month manufacturer carry-in warranty.
-

-
-
Carry-in warranty;
-

-
The manufacturer does not cover the cost of dismantling the faulty part, nor the installation of the repaired or exchanged part.
-
-
Lightning Damage;
-
Parts failing as a result of power surge or lightning are not covered by the manufacturer nor the labour involved in the repair. They might be covered by the home/building/equipment manufacturer insurance policy if such was acquired by the client.
-
WizLife offers lightning protectors to protect the power side. These were found to be effective against power surges to a certain extent. Some carry manufacturer warranty for the equipment connected up to a set value. Terms & conditions apply.
-
Repairs of lightning/power surge damage and equipment replacement will be paid COD to WizLife while the insurance claim is being processed.
-
-
Exclusions:
-
The warranty excludes any damages caused to the equipment by a third party, damage caused by lightning or power surge, any natural force or element or birds, insects, plants, and trees.
-
The warranty lapses immediately once a third party was involved in any work interacting with the system or repair of part or the whole system without prior consent of WizLife.
