Founded in 1994 by Mr. Z Wagner a mechanical engineer with a vast experience in the maintenance and services field.
The company was one of the first to work with, and be accredited by than Mnet / Multichoice Satellite Services or DStv.

Located in Sandton the company's territory is covering East, West and North of Johannesburg and Sandton from Kempton Park to Roodeport and from Johannesburg to Midrand.
The company has done many VIP installations for Multichoice amongst other the editors of Business Day, Sowetan and The Star, CEOs of Mnet and Multichoice, as well as mining and corporate.
The company was one of the first to work with than Mnet Satellite Services or DStv.
The company has done many domestic and commercial installation, the pinnacle was the installation of the PA and DStv system in the five story BMW dealership then the biggest in the southern hemisphere.
